Unfortunately, Norman’s not the norm

Remember the TV show Cheers, where Norm was such a popular patron that everyone said his name as he walked into the bar? Here’s the tale of another Norman, a bartender at the old Ritz-Carlton Hotel on Central Park South (now the InterContinental Hotel). After reading this, I’ll be sure to drop in at his new Ritz-Carlton digs to meet him next time I’m in New York!
