At what cost?
A perennial problem for planners is figuring out how much to charge for a meeting registration fee or other products and services. For independents and consultants, it’s even harder to figure out what to charge for their services.
Thanks to a posting on the MIMlist listserv, I ran across this resource from the Small Business Administration’s Online Women’s Business Center. It offers everything from the fundamentals on price floors and ceilings to calculating break-even revenues to a sample revenue-planning worksheet.
And here’s another good resource for independents, specifically.
