Now for Something Completely Different

Anything to save a buck?

From a truly bizarre story on iol.co.za:

"Insurers are refusing to give health care cover to Thai politicians because many are checking into hospitals instead of hotels during trips around the country and then claiming the money back, the parliament's speaker said.

"’Some checked into hospitals despite being well. I don't know if it was because they did not want to pay hotel expenses or not,’ Friday's Bangkok Post cited Uthai Pimchaichon as saying."

And you thought attendees booking outside the block at low-budget hotels was bad!
